A lot of people say that Kara from BSG is like Artemis (Greek goddess of the hunt (and fertility!)). I think she's really less like Artemis, and more like Atalanta. Okay. This may have been answered in the miniseries (which I, unfortunately, have not seen). Why do Kara and Tigh dislike each other so much? Is it just a general thing--Kara's resentful of authority (not a good thing in the military) and Tigh hates showoffs--or is it something more specific?

Not much to say about SG-1 and Atlantis. They were okay. I liked 'em, but not much with the squee. (Of course, it'd be hard to top last week's episode of Atlantis.)
